Darrel, the owner`s son, showed me the beginning of the path to the overhead power line, which is supposed to run exactly along 40° latitude. The path passed by an enormous number of cars, busses, vans, tractors and other agricultural tools all more or less fit for scrap. It finally led across a freshly cut meadow directly to the site.
